Today we start out with some great Organic Uganda from Caffe Amadeus.  As we sip we ease in with some thoughts on food then we start to get wild with some coffee prep.  Then we get even wilder with Mike's first out of state seminar.  Then we go full wild with the many dialects of training and the evolution of Self Defense training.  In the end we decide that we just need to accept the dopeness and drink the good coffee.  Enjoy!
